Not To Be Missed: 2022 Nursology Theory Conference~

For all of us who are feeling a bit dismayed or frustrated with how things are – how they seem to be — here is a suggestion! Register for the 2022 Nursology Theory Conference starting on March 17th! The conference is accessible for everyone, and features the voices of many who you may only have read about, as well as many who you may never have known but who are making remarkable contributions to creating a dynamic future for the discipline of nursing!

To register, visit the Nursing Theory Conference website! Registration is $159 for everyone. Included in your registration is access to the conference Guidebook – a rich resource that will contain vital information related to the conference, information about all of the speakers, and access to all speaker slides and other handouts.

The theme of the conference is based on the classic article by nurse theorist Margaret Newman: “A World of No Boundaries” (follow this link to download the article at no cost). This article was published in Advances in Nursing Science in 2003 (vol. 26, pp. 240-245) and while it will be almost 20 years old at the time of the VNTW 2022, its message is timeless. Wolters-Kluwer and Mercedes Simoncelli, publisher of ANS have made the article available for free from now until the end of March, 2022. We are grateful for their support.

All of the sessions will be the zoom webinar format – so that the speakers are featured on your screen. As a participant, you can post questions in the Q&A, and participate in the chat. If you have a burning comment or question our conference technology guru, Ray @Goodclix will make sure your comment or question is acknowledged. You can pick and choose which sessions you want to attend throughout the week, and each day ends with a “Open discussion” hour when everyone can come together in an open zoom meeting for discussion!

This is a “not to be missed” opportunity! We have a dynamite program that will surely inspire all of us moving forward! Please join us!
