Hosted by King International Nursing Group in collaboration with the Mervyn M. Dymally School of Nursing at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science Los Angeles, CA.

Please watch for our Call for Abstracts in the spring. King International Nursing Group (KING) will be inviting abstracts applying any theoretical perspective within practice, education and/or research in addition to scholarly investigations about theory and theory development.

Conference Mission:

  1. Explore contemporary issues of goal attainment/health care outcomes in the environment of the recent pandemic.
  2. Examine the uniquely important role of nursing theory in the profession of nursing within this recent public health crisis.
  3. Examine the relationship between nursing theory and health care outcomes.
  4. Develop strategies for using nursing theory within one’s practice, whether direct care, education, management or research.
